This machine includes 3 parts: The Servo screwdriver, the automatic screw feeder, and the motion control system.
It puts the automatic screw feeder together with the servo screwdriver in order to achieve the complement of screw transmission and fastening, which can greatly improve production efficiency and save manpower. Once the screwdriver is lifted after tightening a screw, another screw will be sent continuously to continue the operation, which is particularly suitable for the workpiece of multi-station with the same specification.

8. Equipped with a self-developed motion control card, it has foolproof programming. Optional drag-type adjustment is available, making programming easy.
9. Matched with the Weinview human-machine interface touch screen, it dynamically displays the locking status, electric screwdriver rotation speed and electric screwdriver torque, enabling real-time monitoring.
